On March 23-26, 2023 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, one of the world’s largest developmental psychology conferences was held. Hundreds of researchers from different countries and continents presented the results of contemporary research in the field of developmental psychology. During two symposiums, the High Sensitivity Europe team and the research results of the HS MODULE and PRO-MOTION projects were presented by Monika Baryła-Matejczuk, PhD. WSEI. This is a distinction for the activities of WSEI Academy on the international arena.

Prefrontal cortex activity during the n-back tasks in highly/low sensitive groups. An fNIRS study
Manifestation of Sensory Processing Sensitivity in physical, emotional, interpersonal and cognitive spheres in pre-schoolers
Speeches by M. Baryła-Matejczuk, at a joint symposium, e.g. with Michael Pluess, Jenni Kähkonen from Queen Mary University of London, Sofie Weyn from KU Leuven from Belgium, Niamh Oeri and Ragula Neuenschwander from the University of Bern in Switzerland concerned the functioning of highly sensitive preschool and school children. New tools for measuring sensitivity, results from the field of neuropsychology and many other contemporary studies on sensitivity were presented.
