For years, she has been working in the area of high sensitivity in research and practice.

DR Monika Wawrzeńczyk-Kulik

Lecturer of University and Innovation in Lublin at Faculty of Administration and Social Sciences, Phd of Economic Sciences. A graduate of the Maria Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. For almost 30 years, she practically improved her competences in the area of developing training programs and materials, conducting training courses and evaluating their results, working in training and advisory institutions.

DR Zbigniew B. Gaś

Dr hab. prof. WSEI Zbigniew B. Gaś has worked as an academic teacher for nearly 40 years. Currently, he is a professor at the University of Economics and Innovation in Lublin. He is one of the leading scientists in the field of psychology in Poland. So far, he has promoted 13 doctors and prepared 17 monographs. He is the author of 132 articles and scientific dissertations. He also edited 20 collective monographs.
